When you use the ‘Order for a Rider’, ‘Leave Us a Message”, “Become A Partner Rider”  or ‘Contact us’ forms on the Okiki Delivery website (www.okikicourier.com) we collect your name, email, phone number, address, company and message content. This information is used to allow us to view and respond to or process your request or invite you to join our team.

When you create a Okiki delivery account, request information, subscribe for a service, or otherwise actively send us data on our Site and App, we collect such data including, password, first and last name, email address, mobile phone number, company, bank account details and any other data included in a submitted account profile. We also collect data to allow the use of the Okiki Courier service such as location tracking, checkin and checkout data and timesheet data.

In addition, Okiki courier may collect and analyse non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer operating system, type of mobile device and other similar information. We may automatically record and analyse actions taken on the Site including, but not limited to, date and times of use, clicks, page views, the amount of time you spend on each page, and search queries.
